IMPORTANT: MOFO Is not intended for truck usage and we still recommend NEMESIS 9000 for increased bulb longevity in high hour operational usage. This upgrade kit is specificially for the NEMESIS 9000 only AND NOT for LUXSIS 5000. This kit includes a pair of MOFO 12000 step up convertors that boost the bulb output to 12000 LUMENS per unit. 2 bulbs included. You may use your existing NEMESIS bulb and keep bulbs supplied as pares in their original packaging until required. We always suggest keeping them in your glovebox and remember when replacing ANY bulb do not use your bare fingers, always a tissue or cloth or the bulb life will be shortened.
